The Spirit & Life Family Conference is a three-day event designed to strengthen families, refresh believers, and ignite spiritual hunger as we step into 2026. Whether you come with family or arrive on your own, this weekend is for you. God has a family—and He’s inviting you into it.
Hosted in Sioux Center, Iowa, this conference brings together voices from across the region and the nation to minister with clarity, power, and prophetic insight. Expect a weekend filled with worship, biblical teaching, and the life-giving words Jesus promised.

Mike & Jenna De Jong
Pastors Michael and Jenna De Jong launched Activation Church in 2020 right in their living room in the midst of the Covid pandemic. A body of believers formed with a burning desire to see people awakened to the life, power, and presence of the Holy Spirit. Their journey is marked by God’s faithfulness—shaped by personal transformation, deep surrender, and a passion to see families restored and believers strengthened in their identity in Christ.
Married for 15 years, Mike and Jenna have dedicated their lives to building a church that cultivates faith, wholeness, and spiritual empowerment. Together, they lead Activation Church with authenticity, vision, and a conviction that God is raising up a generation who will walk in both Spirit and Life. They are the proud parents of amazing children—Max, Elah, Demi, Luca, Leo and River—and love serving Jesus as a family, believing that the home is the first place revival begins.

Pastors Randy & Melissa Hartz
Randy and Melissa Hartz were radically saved 24 years ago, rescued out of brokenness, and set on a path of purpose, healing, and hope. Their testimony is one of God’s grace restoring their relationship, redirecting their lives, and giving them a passion to help others discover the same freedom in Christ.
Married for 23 years, they now serve as Assistant Pastors at Faith Family Church, where they focus on building strong families, and equipping believers to live out their faith with confidence. They are the proud parents of three sons—Noah (22) and his wife Sarahn, Nick (18), and Max (16)—and love serving God together as a family.

Jenny Donnelly is the founder of Her Voice MVMT, established in 2015, where she continues to lead powerful encounter retreats and workshops from the ministry headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
In 2023, Jenny and her team launched
#DontMessWithOurKidsUSA, a grassroots movement devoted to protecting and equipping the next generation.
Through national gatherings and public proclamation of the gospel, this initiative has gone to the streets to mobilize families to follow God, stand for children, and fight for the future of America!
At the heart of Her Voice MVMT is a deep commitment to the power of prayer and the importance of family. To date, the ministry has engaged people across 83 nations and established more than 7,000 prayer hubs within the United States alone.
Jenny and her husband, Bob, have been married for 26 years and are blessed with five children!
